"Really lovely lady. I was booked for full neck HIFU. Unfortunately, the treatment lasted approx 10 minutes and I have seen no results within 6 weeks at all. Unsure whether the HIFU machine wasn’t working or used for the correct amount of time. Groupon have been no help."

"Hi Charlie. thank you for your feedback. I’m not quite sure how you arrived at a ten minute treatment time evaluation as the process of preparation for HIFU is 10-15 minutes and the conclusion with complimentary LED mask was ten minutes. the actual HIFU to cover your neck area takes approximately 15 minutes. I would like to offer the treatment again with my compliments and look forward to hearing from you."
